Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service are provided in good faith. Triule is operated by an individual based in Ontario, Canada and is not a registered company yet as the project is a beta product.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Triule (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The Service
Triule is a hosted, multi-tenant learning management platform. Each organization operates on its own subdomain with isolated data. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any law;
- attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or users, or to breach the Service's tenant isolation or security; and
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Triule a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it.
6. Our intellectual property
The Triule name, software, and design are owned by Triule and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or software other than the right to use the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including file storage and content delivery and network services. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triule and the individual operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
